Renovation of typical block apartement from the seventies

Block settlements in Slovenjia in the period from 1960 to 1990 represent almost 40% of our building stock. By renovating such an apartment from 1977 in Škofja Loka, we showed that the user can also get a high-quality apartment, adapted to a modern lifestyle. In our case, it was a small apartment measuring 40 m2. […]

This project honours the historical value of a residence by Architect Alberto La Ferla (1898–1942). The contemporary intervention embraces tradition and modernism, inviting a dialogue between past and present. Reversible design choices preserve the original fabric, while bespoke furniture and curated materials enhance each space. The flooring, in particular, offered a unique canvas for experimenting […]
Apartment M

The redesign of this 1990s apartment in Agia Paraskevi addresses the needs of a growing four-member family through a spatially efficient and materially cohesive intervention. Originally composed of two bedrooms and a disproportionate open-plan living area, the project introduces a third bedroom and redefines the daytime zone by inserting “nests” of differentiated use—bar, desk, media […]
Heartwaarming Apartment

The design intention was to create a warm, colorful, and functional home with fluid circulation and generous shared spaces. Custom furniture, rich textures, and soft contrasts define the atmosphere. Construction cost: approx. €1000/sqm.
Marvel Gem

The presented project is a southwest facing apartment in the wide center of Sofia. In the plan, at the macro level, we create a very definite division between the living room, the bedroom and the children’s tract. Each of them has its own bathroom, which is very different in function and, accordingly, in design.

Improving the quality of life and creating a unique building have been guidelines for us during the design. Our concept is based on the principle of creating functional living spaces, which also gain value through clean and contemporary volumetric shaping.
SPLENDOUR IN THE CITY

Inspired by the apartment’s elongated layout and flowing light, we aimed to create a soft, feminine space full of comfort and gentle transitions. Light guides the rhythm from bold to subtle. The left side features a stunning master bedroom with a bathroom, wardrobe, and a central boudoir with three mirrors. On the right, the space […]

The H97 project reimagines the home as a dynamic spatial continuum, where materiality, light, and atmosphere converge across three distinct levels. The design nurtures fluid transitions between collective living, private repose, and creative retreat. Within an intermediate-to-high budget framework, the project articulates adaptability and emotional resonance, crafting a domestic environment where function and sensibility are […]
