The Niš Cultural Center project aims to unify contemporary cultural content through a flexible program structure. It emphasizes the integration of urban landscape and architectural identity. The design includes multipurpose halls, open public areas, and exhibition spaces. Cost-efficiency and modularity guided the spatial planning, supporting both community use and long-term sustainability.
