Project overview

The project is the largest complex in Greece, which combines high-end offices and Media centre with State of the art TV & Radio Studios and it has an overall area of 24,000sqm. Inspired by rock formations sculpted by water, the design is based on the idea of carving a solid stone, creating cavities and porosity. The program develops in between those cavities and the building creates a sculptural silhouette with strong dynamics, while the facade is made from limestone, aluminium, bronze and wood.

Project history

The project begun following an invited competition organised by the client where the submitted project was awarded as the winner. Thus the project was commissioned to our firm for all design stages (Concept Design, Schematic design, Planning Permit, Detail development and Tendering documents). The construction begun on 2024 and it is due for completion early 2027. The client’s objective was to create a complex which will accommodate various companies of the group combined with a State of the art media centre with TV & Radio Studios, while the project is located on the main highway with high visibility. Thus our main goal was to create a functional project, while maintaining the Iconic design character, transforming it into a new landmark. Therefore, all technical and acoustic specifications and solutions that a highly-technical project like that requires, are embedded harmoniously into the design without any compromises on the architectural qualities nor functionality.
