In the middle of the year 2017th the client came to us with an idea to move his office out of the capital, on the same land where he intended to build a warehouse. His vision about this was to buid several separated buildings, divided by their destination. We analized the land and came with a purposal to build a single volume building, with an “L shape” to protect the interior yard from strong winds which we noticed during being there. A hand-drawing sketch was made and presented to the client, which he loved and sent it further to the head office of Agrimatco company in Jordan. The decision was made quickly – the new idea was accepted! Then, in 2018 the project was finished and we started to prepare for the consruction (negotiating with construction companies and finding suppliers). Becausee of the COVID times the construction of the project was slowed down, but still going on. At the moment this construction is one of the high techologized and green buildings in Republic of Moldova, as it has all the hardware to supply itself with electricity, water, heating, air conditioning and ventilation. Everything is connected to the smart system, which controls and notifies the manager of the building about any changes or problems in its activity. This building became the business card of the AGRIMATCO COMPANY worldwide.
