The project’s design is a composition of vertical and horizontal architectural elements. The structural slabs made of reinfoced concrete and maintaiined fairfaced, are exposed on every floor and protrude continuousely on the sides of the building and the balconies. North facing staircase, also framed with fairfaced concrete, stands a protagonist to the main facade, enclosed with a a continuous glass curtain wall.
