Cost data: 60.000.000€+VAT.
Project history
The project idea won a private competition, with an emphasis on green terraces and maximising the number of apartments. Set amidst forest surroundings, the project forms a ribbon-like structure that encloses four courtyards, providing view of the forest for all residents. Deep terraces and varied levels blur the boundaries between indoors and out, enhancing the quality of life. Apartments prioritize separation of day and night areas with kitchens near entrances and dining areas connected to terraces. The generous units, ranging in size from 80 to 200 sqm, have underground parking for 430 cars. A white ventilated facade finished in fiber cement panels maintains a clean aesthetic, complementing the architectural form. The mixed concrete and steel structure allows for wide openings, eliminating interior pillars for seamless views of nature. The building was developed on the site of state-owned enterprises and is placed in the middle of a natural environment, achieving Breeam certificate, excellent level.
