The spa center with a pool and fitness area adds a relaxation and wellness element, while the underground garage enables convenient vehicle parking. The square becomes a central gathering place, while the indoor climbing wall and astronomical observatory add unique activities and educational content.This project is not only an architectural endeavor but also a symbol of transformation. Project history

The reconstruction and adaptation project of the “Shopping Center and Hotel Vema” in Visoko, realized from 2016 to 2023, represents an example of transforming a devastated space into a multifunctional complex that meets contemporary needs and aesthetics.After the Department Store Vema, opened in 1982, suffered destruction during wartime events and additional damage in a fire in 1996, “Suša commerce” took over as the investor in 2015. Determined in their vision of revitalization, the investor commenced the reconstruction and adaptation project in 2016, with the aim of reviving this significant city symbol and creating a space that would serve as a center for social and commercial life.
