Propeller Ads is an internet media company that focuses on digital advertising platforms. A company with many employees and multiple activities. The need of a large space was mandatory as to serve the building program of this organization. Αn unused building in the city of Limassol became the foundation of the Propeller Ads project. The building consists of a parking lot at the underground level, a ground floor level, a mezzanine and two more floors. We met propeller Ads through the landlord. At that time, we were committed to designing a new façade for the building. The former use of the building was a supermarket and offices for the Cyprus post office. The proposal of a co-working / multiuse space inside the abandoned structure generated the transformation of the community into a more sustainable one, carrying a vital, alive character that did not exist up to that moment. Despite the introversion of the project, it is at the same time engaged into the urban environment influencing social aspects due to the reusing.
