Project overview

The White Towers project frees up the ground level to create a sculptural public park, offering green space and open views in a dense urban setting. By concentrating the program into two slender towers, the design preserves the site for nature and community use. Elevated terraces and underground parking further ensure that the ground floor remains open, accessible, and green—creating a welcoming and sustainable environment for residents and passersby alike.

Project history

In January 2025, the developer invited us to design a project that would serve as an anchor point for the neighborhood and help shape the identity of this part of town. The goal was to create a landmark that balances density with openness, offering both residential and public value. From the start, the ambition was to develop a high-quality project that blends architecture, nature, and community. By freeing up the ground floor for a generous green park and placing the built program in two slender towers, we created a lively and accessible place that enhances the area for residents and visitors alike. The project is now progressing steadily through design development, aiming to begin construction in 2026.
