Project overview

West End Skopje is a mixed-use development by AGRAM Construction, designed to be a contemporary urban landmark in Skopje. It integrates residential, commercial, and public spaces into a cohesive architectural statement, reflecting functionality and aesthetic refinement. The design responds to modern urban living needs by combining dynamic facades, sustainable planning principles, and flexible spatial organization.

Project history

West End Skopje is a commissioned project developed by AGRAM Construction for a private client, with construction set to begin soon in Skopje. Positioned at one of the city’s key entry points, the project responds to the increasing need for contemporary, multifunctional urban spaces that reflect both the city’s aspirations and its rapid development. This ambitious mixed-use development has been carefully planned to combine residential, commercial, and recreational functions within a cohesive architectural framework. From its inception, the design aimed to establish a dynamic synergy between built form and nature. Extensive green terraces, landscaped public areas, and vertical gardens are strategically integrated throughout the complex, enhancing both environmental performance and the well-being of future occupants. This approach embodies AGRAM Construction’s commitment to sustainable urbanism and biophilic design principles.
