Project overview

The project features a single-story family home designed for a couple with three children, offering a modern configuration that combines aesthetic elegance with functionality. The design focuses on the harmonious integration of indoor and outdoor areas, using a summer kitchen connected to a SPA zone and greenhouse, all unified under a generous canopy. Beneath this canopy, a green atrium creates a natural atmosphere and enhances light flow through subtle natural illumination.

Project history

This single-story family home in Tiraspol, Republic of Moldova, was designed for a couple with three children. The project reflects a contemporary vision focused on the harmonious integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. Central to the design is a generous canopy that unifies the summer kitchen, SPA area, greenhouse, and a green atrium that enhances natural light and creates a calming atmosphere. The layout includes a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms with direct outdoor access, and modern bathrooms tailored to the family’s needs. The use of natural materials—wood, ceramics, and metal—adds elegance and durability, while ventilated facades and large glazed surfaces ensure thermal comfort and strong visual continuity with the exterior. Outdoor areas, including a pool, pergola, and landscaped garden, complete a refined yet functional design, making the house a model of modern, sustainable living.
