The headquarters of “CREDINS BANK” is located in the center of Tirana, in the Blloku area, on Vaso Pasha Street. The building has been dedicated to other functions; before being turned into the headquarters, it was designed several years ago by the French studio Architecture Studio.
The new project of the studio Avatelier consisted of adapting the interior of the unfinished building to turn it into the headquarters of an important bank in the Albanian context. Following the client’s requests, not only the functional spaces generated, but also a new vision of transforming the previous image of the bank’s branding.
The requalification intervention addressed not only the interior of the main lobby of the building and the underground floor, but also the external arrangements. In addition to the functional arrangement, each part was designed and furnished specifically, cooperating harmoniously with the bank’s management team.
The atmosphere and the bank’s treatment, which in genesis focused on simplicity and conceptual purity, both in details and materials. As a continuation of these elements, the combination of colors also tends towards a youthful Mediterranean freshness. The fluid elements of the composing volumes of the space accompany the visitor inside the bank, intuitively inviting them.
