Project overview

The PCCW Global offices in Athens were designed for 80 employees, featuring 17 private offices, 3 meeting rooms, and shared areas. The layout prioritizes fluid movement, natural light, and a balance of privacy and openness.
Petal-shaped partitions, ribbed glass, and ten indoor “pocket gardens” create an organic feel while natural materials like Rosso Alicante marble, custom furniture, and soft lighting shape a modern, elegant workspace.

Project history

The design of PCCW Global’ s new offices in Athens was not just a practical expansion, but a reflection of the company’s global identity on a local level. The brief was clear yet complex. We were asked to design and complete the project within just four months, as the company had to urgently relocate. Working under a strict timeline and budget, we used only in-stock materials—such as marble—and transformed constraints into opportunities. The fact that the project would be housed in an existing building with a rigid structural grid was a major design challenge—but also an opportunity, as we embraced the framework and transformed it into an organic geometry. Our goal was to create a space that balances cutting-edge technology with human experience—offering employees and guests a small architectural landscape where Eastern allure meets Western efficiency.
