Lazli Bay Retreat – A Blend of Serenity and Modern Design Where Nature Meets Contemporary Comfort
Lazli Bay redefines coastal living through a dual-function complex—a luxury hotel and a sinuous residential building—designed in harmony with Albania’s Adriatic landscape. Addressing topographic and regulatory constraints, the project maximizes views, creates social courtyards, and integrates sustainability. Its cohesive language, spatial innovation, and human-centric design offer a new model for environmentally conscious, community-driven development.
Cemacon Administrative Office
Located on Romania’s largest brick factory platform, the Cemacon Headquarters is an emblematic building expressing the company’s identity. Ceramic blocks and concrete are exposed as key materials, in both architecture and interior design, showcasing elements usually hidden during construction. The concept blends industrial character with natural features in a coherent, expressive form.
