Office Building for the medical organization “Colegiul Medicilor Dolj”

The organization operated in an outdated office building, so it needed a new headquarters. The project brief clearly defined the required functional areas, but we also sought to create broader community zones for medical professionals. Given the building’s role as a community hub, particular attention was given to common areas, designed as follows: Ground Floor: A welcoming reception and waiting area, moving away from the outdated counter-based interaction model. This space serves as a bridge between the street and the working offices. Second Floor: A conference hall, requiring a higher ceiling, designed for conferences, courses, seminars, and other professional gatherings. Like any modern conference space, it includes a foyer, thoughtfully furnished to encourage networking and informal discussions before and after events. First Floor: A dedicated relaxation and dining area, supporting the needs of conference attendees. It facilitates essential coffee breaks and informal discussions
