Project overview

The "OASIS" development center spans over 2600 square meters, designed to accommodate up to 120 children, the center represents a modern example of an ideal environment for children’s development. Including two floors, a basement, a shelter, classrooms, group rooms, bedrooms, and other functional spaces. It features a curved, child-safe design . The project emphasizes the importance of open spaces and a free-flowing environment, creating a unique and child-friendly design.

Project history

Designed in Yerevan on A. Mikoyan Street within a new park, the center draws inspiration from Tokyo’s Fuji Kindergarten. Due to limited land, green areas and playgrounds were placed on a rubber-coated rooftop, with two additional outdoor play zones. The curved floor plan is designed to guide children’s movement naturally, avoiding sharp edges and corners to ensure safety. Large glass windows, oval openings, and a winter garden ensure a light-filled, flexible space connected to nature. The winter garden doubles as a stage for performances and developmental activities. Non-toxic, allergy-safe plants surround the exterior, enhancing the environment. The project is expected to be completed within a year.
