Project overview

New City Skopje is a large-scale urban development envisioned by AGRAM Construction as a transformative blueprint for the modernization and sustainable expansion of Skopje. Designed as an integrated urban ecosystem, the project brings together residential buildings, a housing block, hotel, hospital, supermarket, commercial facilities, a public park, and supporting infrastructure – all woven into a single, future-oriented masterplan.

Project history

New City Skopje was conceived by AGRAM Construction as a strategic design initiative aimed at shaping the future trajectory of Skopje’s urban landscape. Developed in response to the city’s growing need for comprehensive urban planning and functional diversification, the project represents a bold and forward-thinking approach to modern city-building. Commissioned by a private client and currently in the advanced conceptual phase, New City Skopje is envisioned as a fully integrated neighborhood – a self-sufficient urban unit that blends residential living with healthcare, hospitality, commerce, and recreation. Through this ambitious proposal, AGRAM Construction addresses key challenges in urban growth, including infrastructure congestion, housing shortages, and limited access to green public space.
