Lozen Tech Park was developed in response to the evolving work culture following the pandemic. Designed during a time of global uncertainty, the project embodies adaptability, prioritizing safety, flexibility, and access to high-quality individual workspaces. A central planning concept is the removal of car traffic from active zones, redirecting vehicles underground or to the park’s periphery. This creates a peaceful, green setting that promotes relaxation, interaction, and well-being. The buildings are designed with modularity and autonomy in mind, allowing flexible office configurations, from compact spaces for small teams to full-building occupancy. Each unit functions independently while contributing to the overall coherence. Additionally, enclosed outdoor work pods, self-contained mini offices, are positioned throughout the park, supporting private meetings, focused tasks, or short-term use. The park reflects a sustainable, forward-thinking vision for the modern workplace.
