The project emerged from the client’s vision to develop a contemporary coastal destination that harmonizes tourism, housing, and nature. Following initial site studies and regulatory analysis, the design responded to complex terrain, orientation, and functional duality. Through a close collaboration between the client and design teams, the project evolved into a luxury hotel and a sinuous residential building that winds across the remainder of the site. This flowing form is not merely aesthetic, but strategic, maximizing views of the landscaped courtyards for residents while creating semi-private communal spaces, designed as social hubs. The project aims to offer not just living and lodging, but a new way of inhabiting the coastline—social, ecological, and architectural. Its impact lies in setting a benchmark for integrated, sustainable development, activating the site economically while enriching community life with green spaces, shared courtyards, and vibrant public interfaces.
