Jeto n’Pisha

We were hired to design a residential complex, with the same urban and market trend. Given the same parameters and almost the same budget, we were facing with a challenge which could be a turning point for this zone or could be a total misfit on this already built image of this city. We were determined to create a life quality and break this cycle. Before drawing any lines, we could imagine the grandparents siting on the park, watching the kids play while the parents enjoy their morning coffee in the sunny terrace. We could imagine an enclosed safe park isolated from the surrounding chaos. We could imagine a community gathering, late night drinks on the neighborhood bar. A community free from cars, with the pedestrian on the center. This project crafted out of the experience, social life qualities and utilitarian layouts, sparked a livablivable community changing the image of the city to a place to live. Sooner than expected this resonated the surroundings.
