Project overview

The Luxor Hotel and Casino in Blace, North Macedonia, merges luxury and entertainment in a modern design. The building’s structural system combines reinforced concrete and steel, optimized for aesthetics and functionality. Featuring a high-visibility location and innovative materials, the design balances modern luxury with sustainability. The project enhances regional tourism and sets a new standard in architectural excellence, contributing to both economic and cultural growth.

Project history

The Luxor Hotel and Casino project was initiated by Austrian investors who conducted a detailed feasibility study to ensure its success. They had a clear vision from the start, focusing on creating a landmark destination. Located in Blace, North Macedonia, the site was once an empty field, strategically chosen for its proximity to both North Macedonia and Kosovo. Through careful design and construction, the project transformed the area into a high-visibility luxury destination. For the investors, the project has exceeded expectations, attracting visitors and boosting regional tourism. It has provided employment opportunities, fostered economic growth, and set a new standard for luxury in the region. Today, the building stands as a key destination and a significant local landmark, contributing to the economy and community development.
