Green Cape Botanico was initiated in 2021 with a clear vision from the client: to create a thoughtful masterplan that embraces the natural landscape of Green Cape while introducing a high-quality, community-focused living environment. Inspired by the site’s sea views, lush vegetation, and proximity to Batumi Botanical Garden, the design evolved through collaborative process prioritizing minimal intervention and contextual sensitivity. The masterplan consists of two residential buildings and a House of Wellness, integrated carefully into the hilly terrain. Preserving original pathways and vegetation was central to the concept, along with elevated volumes and open, structures that harmonize with the environment. The wellness center enhances the project’s social and recreational offering, open to both residents and resort visitors. Green Cape Botanico has set a new standard for a site-specific development, creating long-term value for the client and the broader community.
