Covering 7,000 sqm, including a 2,000-sqm freezer with a 9-meter clear ceiling height, the facility is optimized for efficiency, durability, and sustainability. These features allow the storage of 2,000 pallets of frozen products within a very narrow aisle racking system, maximizing vertical capacity and streamlining operations. The building’s form consists of two interlocking rectangular volumes that create an “L”-shaped geometry. The smaller administrative block at the front is slightly shifted to partially conceal the loading zone, blending functional utility with a refined visual composition. Vertical brise-soleils on the office façade introduce dynamic light patterns, harmonizing the smaller front volume with the expansive storage structure behind it. Inside, the design is both modern and welcoming, with natural wood accents, minimalist elements, and carefully integrated lighting creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
