@Expo is a project started in 2008, in the midst of the real estate crisis and completed in the post-Covid period.
It is once again a lesson for me and for architects, a lesson in which architecture must be viewed with much more care regarding its meaning and impact over time on society.

Project history

…..what has endured over time? during ~10 years we held on tight, going through management and cost-control decisions, dozens of checks and changes in legislation to stick to the initial composition – vertical cuts and hollows in the main volume from the street. This is evident even now in 2024 – the elegance of vertical lines and the substitution of forms and structure only for this desired outcome. We started from urban planning in accordance with the regulations of that time and completed it at a different time.
