The expansion of the program includes the construction of guest houses for visitors, as well as a restaurant, which enables a longer and higher-quality stay within the complex and creates a unique and distinctive experience for the guests.The guest houses within the complex are located in the southwestern part of the site and form an independent unit with a clear spatial composition. The concept behind their design is based on the idea of creating a sequence consisting of two different types of houses, repeated without sharp or pronounced boundaries between them, thus achieving a sense of continuity and harmony. The angled positioning of the houses, along with their interconnection through the landscape design, creates a long and dynamic visual experience. This repetition culminates on one end with a tower – a viewpoint – offering panoramic views of the town of Negotino and the surrounding vineyard-covered landscape.
