Project overview

With an emphasis on sustainability, accessibility and emerging aesthetics, the school integrates expressive architectural forms with practical functionality.Organized around a central courtyard, the layout promotes interaction and community building, while various zones-classrooms,outdoor play areas, green spaces and common areas-are clearly articulated to enhance the educational experience. The project is a testament to child-centered architecture, combining bold design with educational purpose.

Project history

This elementary school project was developed by AGRAM Construction as part of an internal design initiative aimed at reimagining the future of educational spaces in North Macedonia.Envisioned as a proactive contribution to the discourse on school architecture,it reflects the firm’s commitment to creating impactful environments that support communities and evolving educational models. The concept explores how architectural design can foster a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for early learning. The elementary school was initiated as a specific request by the client, and was subsequently developed by Agram Construction with a clear focus on aligning the project with all relevant international standards.Special attention was given not only to structural and functional requirements, but also to architectural harmony and aesthetic quality. With this initiative,AGRAM Construction aims to spark conversations around the role of innovative design in shaping the next generation of education.
