The project began with the client’s vision to convert a family residence into a functional showroom and office space, addressing the need for a modern workspace that reflects their brand identity. The design process focused on creating a dynamic yet balanced façade, using rhythmic slats that allowed flexibility in window placement while expressing the building’s internal functions. Each floor was distinctly articulated to highlight its purpose, with special attention given to the main entrance to enhance accessibility and presence. Since completion, the transformation has strengthened the client’s professional image and provided a versatile environment that supports both public and private work activities. The community benefits from the revitalized building, which adds architectural interest and encourages local economic activity.
