This conceptual building, based in Iran, is inspired by the Crassula cactus—a symbol of harmony with nature, love, resilience, and peace—and the ancient Choghaznabil Ziggurat. The design integrates principles of bionics, sustainability, and circular form to create a modern yet culturally rooted structure. Its pyramidal shape, along with large angled windows and open balconies, blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior, bringing sunlight, greenery, and natural airflow inside. Techniques such as passive ventilation, use of shading trees, sloped louvres, and reflective ceilings help minimize energy use and carbon footprint. External curtains can reduce interior temperatures by up to 10°C, and electric floor heating offers energy-efficient warmth in colder seasons. Natural light is maximized to reduce stress and enhance well-being.
