Project overview

Casa Bucuresti is a modern, energy-efficient family home featuring ventilated ceramic facades, wood, and glass. Designed for natural light, ventilation, and thermal comfort, it includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living spaces, and an integrated garage. Sustainable elements like green roofs and rainwater management reduce environmental impact. Completed in two months, the project balances durability, aesthetics, and eco-friendly solutions.

Project history

Casa Bucuresti was conceived to create a modern, energy-efficient family home that harmoniously integrates with its natural surroundings in Bucharest, Romania. The client desired a minimalist design that balances functionality, comfort, and sustainability. The architectural team responded by developing a bioclimatic concept emphasizing natural light, open spaces, and the use of durable, natural materials such as ceramic panels, wood, and glass. The project was realized in just two months, featuring ventilated facades, green roofs, and efficient rainwater management to enhance energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. The home’s layout thoughtfully separates social and private areas while connecting interior spaces to outdoor terraces and landscaped gardens, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
