Project overview

Situated in scenic Radhimë, Bojo Resort is a 20,000 sqm mixed-use development with 200 apartments and 100 hotel rooms. Near the Lungomare promenade, it offers beachfront access, wellness, dining, and event spaces. The design blends sustainability with heritage, using green roofs, natural ventilation, and Mediterranean materials. It connects historic layers and new development, weaving public and private spaces to enrich the public realm and create a vibrant, culturally rooted destination.

Project history

Bojo Resort is part of a broader local initiative rooted in the legacy of the well-known Bojo Restaurant, a long-standing community landmark that has attracted a nationwide clientele. This privately-owned establishment played a key role in activating the old promenade, becoming an integral part of the area’s social and cultural fabric. The Resort represents a natural expansion of that legacy—an ambitious, locally driven project that builds on past contributions while shaping the future of Radhimë and the wider Vlorë coastal experience. Connected to the Lungomare, the resort forms a strong relationship with the new promenade, skillfully weaving together public and private spaces, and open and enclosed functions, aiming to enrich the public realm and foster a vibrant waterfront atmosphere. Envisioned as a sustainable, community-oriented destination that thoughtfully integrates local heritage, contemporary design, the resort aims to make a meaningful impact on regional economic growth.
