Project overview

Auto Bibaj is a showroom for cars and comes as a special architectural form, based on identifying elements of design with steep corners and angles. The general shape of the building is clearly perceived from a distance, but at the same time it is dynamic, changing shape along the entire movement on the main road axis. The main objective was to create an impressive design, to reflect our representative architectural style, because in most buildings we like to experiment with inclined lines.

Project history

The building site is located in the city entrance and is part of a rural area. The parametric shelter is the main element of the building. At our studio we like to dare with the shapes and forms. This shelter inspires people in different ways, some think we got inspired by futuristic spaceships, some think we took inspiration from watercrafts and some believe that our studio is somehow connected with oblique forms and likes to complicate shapes in order to create strong reaction. This is what we mostly like about architecture, that you create something and it inspires people, they read it in many ways, just like simple art, just like you get inspired by a modern painting and you see different figures in it. The showroom hosts many brands, so our main goal was to create a space that could show the best of this cars, adapt to all kinds of cars. The object entrance stands out with the shelter and the ramp positioned in the middle of the volume, so that is easily identified by passers-by.
