This project was carried out between 2020 and 2022. At a time when the connection with nature is nearly absent from urban life, many young couples who recently lived in the city found this area ideal for raising a family. Yet, they don’t give up city benefits as the location remains easily accessible.With daily office routines changing and many choosing to work from home, proximity to city hubs became less important. A quiet, creative workspace had to be integrated at home. Thus, the home office was placed near the entrance, separated from the living area, with direct access to the courtyard for an optimal work environment. The house organically fits the topography of the land, generating an interior space distributed across four half-levels. This arrangement enhances communication between all the spaces of the house through the staircase, offering a fluent and interesting interior pathway All spaces have been carefully planned to maximize functionality, creating a perfect connection.
