The client first approached Pratikiz Architecture on June 1, 2021. Their brief was clear: a 150 m² house, a 105 m² greenhouse, a 30 m² pool, and a design that prioritized garden use, energy efficiency, and optimal north-south orientation. Design development began on January 6, 2023. From the outset, the project embraced the terrain with minimal intervention—settling on the edges and preserving the lush center as a living garden. The design integrated passive strategies for climate control, natural ventilation, and daylight. Solar panels were added to the roof. In August 2023, interior finishes commenced. By respecting the landscape and local flora, the project became a sanctuary for its users and a model of ecological sensitivity. The client appreciated how architecture could offer calm, light, and functionality without dominating nature. The result is a home that quietly enhances both human well-being and its Mediterranean environment.
