7 Elements House was born from the client’s clear and ambitious request: to move into a new, sustainable home within one year from project initiation. This set the foundation for a fast-paced design and construction process, enabled by a modular steel structure that allowed the main build to be completed in just 2–3 months. From the start, the client emphasized time efficiency, ecological responsibility, and integration of personal passions—automobiles, wine, and wellness.
The project evolved into more than just a residence. A central atrium visually unites indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing natural light and spatial openness. The underground garage, complete with a car lift and exhibition space, reflects the client’s appreciation for automotive design. Adjacent lies a climatized vinotheque with a tasting area, thoughtfully separated by a glass wall for both aesthetic and functional purposes.
