The project started in 2019 with preliminary drawings and 3D visualizations for the house and going back and forth the next couple of months to meet the clients’ requirements and needs. The construction began in 2020 and the building and site was finished in 2023 including the interior of the house which was also part of the project. As per client’s request, the two-story house is divided into two parts ‘public’ (ground floor), and private (first floor). This way the private part of the house for the family such as living and dining room, kitchen and bedrooms are on the first floor and the ground floor is used for sport and recreation, entertainment, pool and spa, technical rooms and garage. Ground Floor:The ground floor entrance unfolds as a grand, open space, accentuated by a sweeping staircase that serves as the focal point, leading to the first-floor living room.-Garage: A spacious garage, seamlessly integrated into the architectural composition, provides shelter for four cars alongside a dedicated motorcycle bay, celebrating automotive excellence within the confines of architectural elegance.-Hinters Lodge: Nestled within the heart of the residence, a hunters’ lodge exudes warmth and character, offering a sanctuary where the rugged beauty of the outdoors converges with the refined comforts of interior living. Adjacent to the hunters’ lodge, a temperature-controlled chamber caters to the preservation of delicacies, including cheeses and charcuterie, ensuring that epicurean pleasures are always within reach.-Wellness Sanctuary: Positioned to the eastern facade, a sanctuary of wellness beckons, featuring a luxurious spa, rejuvenating sauna, and fully equipped gymnasium. Here, architectural ingenuity meets holistic well-being, fostering a sense of tranquility and vitality within the residence.-Technical Hub: Operating silently behind the scenes, a network of technical rooms and electrical infrastructure ensures the seamless functioning of the residence, underscoring our commitment to both form and function in architectural design.First Floor:Ascending to the first floor unveils refined living spaces and intimate retreats, each meticulously crafted to offer unparalleled comfort and luxury.- Communal Elegance: The southern expanse of the first floor unfolds as a tapestry of communal living, where an open-plan configuration seamlessly integrates the living and dining areas.
