THE CONCEPT DESIGN START WAS BACK IN 2019, WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT OBTAINED IN 2020. PANDEMY LOCK-DOWN OCCURED AND THE OFFICE PERSPECTIVES DID NOT SOUND GOOD ANYMORE, SO THE INVESTOR POSTPONED THE CONSTRUCTION START. LUCKILLY LOCK-DOWN WAS OVER AND THE APETITE FOR GOING BACK TO OFFICE STARTED TO GROW AGAIN, SO THE PRE-LEASE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED AND THE CONSTRUCTION WORK STARTED IN 2022 AND ENDED LATE IN 2023. THE PROJECT WAS A GREAT SUCCESS AND THE COMUNITY HAS NOW A NEW FRESH GOOD QUALITY RETAIL SPACES IN THE GROUND FLOOR WITH A RESTAURANT, COFFEE SHOP AND BOUTIQUE SHOPS. THE OFFICE EMPLOYEES HAVE NOW NICE WORKING AREAS AND A SPA WITH POOL IN THE GROUND FLOOR.
