An ambition to transform a derelict, singular block into three separate yet interconnected volumes whilst adopting Malta’s geological character as a source of inspiration. This fragmentation creates a dialogue between the town and natural landscape, bridging the earthly and the ethereal. The design language centered around a contemporary, luxurious living experience rooted in its context whilst balancing openness and privacy through layered terraces, vegetation, natural light and framed views. Fine detailing and quality materials have been employed throughout. The development has established a distinctive identity within Malta’s evolving skyline, integrating architecture and landscape while setting a contextually sensitive benchmark for future residential development and contributing positively to the wider community. While the building was officially inaugurated in November 2025 taking 4 years to complete, it had previously taken a combined 10 years of design and permit approvals.
