Completed in 2025, The Bridge Tower is a 174 m office development in Warsaw that unites a new high-rise with the renewal of the historic Bellona building, a former printing house and protected monument. Organised around a glazed shared lobby, the project connects heritage and contemporary workplace design through 47,000 m² GLA of flexible office space, integrated amenities, adaptive planning, and a low-impact strategy powered by 100% clean energy.

Project history
From the outset, the project was conceived as a flagship office development that could do more than add floor area to Warsaw’s business district. The ambition was to create a future-ready workplace while preserving the historic Bellona building, a former printing house and protected monument, and to use the meeting of old and new as the basis of the design. The scheme evolved around a shared glazed lobby linking the tower and Bellona, with flexible office planning, integrated amenities, and strong environmental performance. Completed in 2025, The Bridge Tower has given the client a distinctive commercial asset with 47,000 m² GLA of adaptable workspace. Its impact extends beyond tenancy value by renewing a heritage building, strengthening the character of the surrounding area, and improving daily experience for users through wellbeing, accessibility, and sustainable mobility.
