Project overview

Sheron Residence is a premium, gated mixed-use development on a 36.7-hectare site in eastern Tashkent, organised around a continuous green-and-water spine. It combines villas and apartments with a business centre, a community centre, a school and kindergarten, sports, wellness and SPA, and a ten-hectare park. Contemporary architecture in natural stone, rooted in local tradition, with three controlled entrances and a clear road hierarchy, gives a coherent, premium and secure character.

Project history

Sheron Residence was initiated by Tenet Group as a premium residential community for eastern Tashkent, on a site adjacent to New Uzbekistan Park and well connected to established schools, clinics and universities. From the outset the client aimed to set a new standard for residential living in the district: an environment combining privacy and security with a rich public landscape and a full range of everyday amenities, designed to hold its value over the long term. Developed from 2023, the project brought together housing, social infrastructure and a substantial park within a single, carefully planned framework. For the client, it establishes a distinctive, premium address and a long-term development asset; for the surrounding community, it delivers high-quality public landscape, new social infrastructure and a coherent piece of city that raises the benchmark for residential development in the area.
