main goal and clients requirement of the building design was to reflect concept of Georgian Public service halls that means all Governmental services in one space, where people can get documents (property registration, etc.) easy and in short period of time without any difficulties, procedures are very transparent available for everyone, Public Service Halls in Georgian towns are mostly Distinguished from other buildings with modern look and outstanding design, they are meeting space for citizens not only business purposes but for wedding ceremonies and etc. for this reason building and outside space have recreation areas. building is located between two churches of traditional Georgian architecture and is designed so that it does not hide views to these churches even though the building design is quite different from the church architectural style It fits into the environment and creates a unified, interesting composition. as for now the building is Popular public space of the town.
