Project overview

Porcelain Residence is a mixed-use residential complex inspired by the memory of Tirana’s former Porcelain area. Its façades reinterpret stylised porcelain forms through ceramic cladding, glazing and fractured geometries. The project combines elegant volumes, green terraces and fluid circulation with residential, service and recreational functions. Apartments range from studios to 3+1 units, while a 3,780 m² pool and SPA occupy the first underground level.

Project history

Porcelain Residence was initiated in 2020 as a contemporary residential complex combining housing, services and recreation, with completion planned for 2027. From the outset, the client aimed to create high-quality living standards and a distinctive identity rooted in the memory of Tirana’s former Porcelain area. This concept informed the façades, materials, and fractured geometries inspired by porcelain, as well as green terraces, shared spaces, and clear circulation. As the project has progressed, it has developed into a mixed-use community with varied apartment types, commercial functions, landscaped areas, parking, and a 3,780 m² pool and SPA. Once completed, it is expected to enhance residents’ quality of life while contributing a new urban identity and active public realm to the surrounding neighbourhood.
