The hill has 160,000 sqm (16 hectares) of surface area, we propose to build a conical structure having 960,000 sqm (96 hectares of useful building area)

The Main Idea of our Project is to maximize the useful building area within the limits of the isolated small "hill KOND", located in the "Small Center of the Capital Yerevan, Armenia".
The hill has very poor social standards and a maximum height of 36 meters from the pavement of the perimeter streets at the toe.
We propose to remove the hill completely and create a "Conical Crater", restore the original silhouette as "One Big Modern Conical Structure.

The Architectural character of our proposed project is “The Iris of Wisdom of Humanity as a reflected Galaxy, steering to the Haven, Central Black Hole of the Milky Way for the UNIVERSAL HOPE. The contents of civilized life require progressive intelligence striving to make “The Planet of Light”. The potential Client will be “The City of Yerevan, Armenia” WE WISH to realise our project by the joint INTERNATIONAL effort, for the demonstration of ‘Good Will ‘ as an alive and active monument of “Global Life” victory of GLOBAL LOVE, PEACE and PROSPERITY over our planet.
