Project overview

Newmon Residents is a project by Safronova Project based on the
concept of combining a residential complex with a boutique hotel within
a single architectural environment. The idea of the project is to create
a space where the privacy of residential living is complemented by the
service and atmosphere of a premium hospitality experience.

Project history

The architecture of the complex is designed in a contemporary style. Facades with panoramic windows and large-format porcelain stoneware panels create a clean and expressive architectural image while maximizing views and natural light within th e interiors.
