Project overview

This is Tashkent’s first "Plov Museum," created by the "Caravan" restaurant chain and the Association of Restaurateurs.
Traditional columns carved in Khorezm have been incorporated as decorative elements into the metal load-bearing framework. The canal bank has been landscaped, and *tandirs*—clay ovens—are present. Project history

Public catering in Tashkent in the revolutionary and medieval times was always grouped near the water: since the temperature near the reservoir is 5-6 degrees lower than on the surface. Each region has its own art of preparation. The chef-Oshpaz has been preparing pilaf in a certain place for 30 years or more, it is thanks to his skill and mastery that people get to know each other over the Dastarkhan, becoming friends and relatives. In the heart of Bukhara rises the Kalyan Minaret, a guardian of time and a symbol of greatness. Its slender silhouette, directed towards the sky, is like an eternal prayer addressed to the light. It contains the power of the earth and the aspiration of the spirit, a beauty tested by centuries. Its crown is a crown of light through which the city turns to the sky; in its outlines are nobility and strength that have survived the centuries.
