MOD110 Modular • Creative • Resilient • Regenerative 110 kV Modular Prefabricated Electrical Substation, developed as a fully modular, scalable and reproducible architectural-technical system for contemporary energy infrastructure. Its configuration enables rapid installation, operational efficiency and possible integration of distinct sustainability solutions (BIPV, biophilic, green concrete material options).

Project history
MOD110,110 kV modular prefabricated electrical substation conceived as a flexible architectural–technical system. Its standard configuration (1×MSA – auxiliary services module, 2×MCP – protect & command modules, 8×MMT – medium voltage modules, 11 modules) and a minimal option (5 modules) enable rapid adaptation to different users’ needs and various grid connection solutions. The project defines a new typology of technical architecture: necessary and simple, but not simplistic, designed as a smart LEGO‑like system that significantly reduces execution time and supports replication on multiple sites. MOD110 integrates sustainability and regenerative design strategies. Developed within EnergoBit TEAMWORK – marked by syncopations, negotiations, disagreements, and “impossible” compromises accepted by mutual agreement. The imposed theme established resilience through flexibility as a sine qua non condition of the concept.
