The Metropolis is a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of New Tashkent, positioned directly in front of the city's iconic 600-meter tower. Designed as a vibrant urban destination, the project integrates premium office spaces, business centers, serviced apartments, hotels, retail, dining, and public plazas. It strengthens the city's commercial core while creating a dynamic, walkable environment for business, tourism, and everyday urban life.

Project history

The Metropolis project was initiated as part of the strategic development of New Tashkent’s central business district, envisioned by the client to create a vibrant mixed-use destination and a new economic landmark. Located directly in front of the city’s iconic 600-meter tower, the project was designed to combine premium office spaces, business centers, serviced apartments, hotels, retail, dining, and public spaces within a walkable urban environment. The planning process focused on strengthening the commercial core while enhancing connectivity, sustainability, and public life.
