The multifunctional building is hosting 6 levels of parking, 2 commercial levels, a fitness center with a swimming pool, and 29 residential floors, offering a modern urban living experience.
Since the city only allows one underground level, it was decided to move most of the parking levels up, which was the crucial part in the shaping of the building. A series of hollow steel columns along the façade conceals apartment heating units, keeping the exterior free of visible mechanical equipment.
