Project overview

Maden Architects transformed a conventional office into a collaborative creative hub. Open workstations, custom-designed desks, reused furniture, glass block walls, multifunctional scaffolding, sculptural lighting, integrated greenery, curated artwork, and ergonomic seating create a warm, flexible workplace. By maximizing the existing structure and resources, the project delivers a high-quality, cost-efficient environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, innovation, and well-being.

Project history

For years, Maden Architects created spaces that reflected the identity and aspirations of its clients. The next step was to design a workplace that embodied the firm’s own culture, values, and vision. In 2023, the decision was made to transform an existing building into a shared creative environment. Developed through close collaboration with architects, artists, and creative partners, the project led to the establishment of ADPT and a multidisciplinary ecosystem. The space integrates collaborative work areas, meeting rooms, educational facilities, exhibition spaces, and social zones that support both everyday practice and public engagement. Since its completion, it has become a hub for design, learning, and collaboration, hosting client presentations, ADPT Academy programs, workshops, exhibitions, and creative events. The project has strengthened the firm’s identity, fostered interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributed to the continued growth of Kosovo’s creative community.
