The project was developed in 2022 for Bazis-A as part of the Lumiere residential complex on Al-Farabi Avenue in Almaty.

From the client’s perspective, the goal was to create an interior environment that would match the architectural status of the complex and strengthen its business-class positioning. The design was required to combine contemporary functionality with classical references, creating a refined yet relevant atmosphere for residents and visitors.
The project introduced a carefully detailed Art Deco-inspired interior identity, supporting the overall image of Lumiere as a prestigious urban residence. Its impact lies in creating a recognizable residential environment where materials, lighting, proportions, and decorative elements work together to enhance comfort, visual quality, and the long-term value of the complex.
