Commissioned for a small venue in Budapest’s lively Jewish Quarter, Lilith was conceived as a destination capable of standing out within one of the city’s most competitive nightlife districts. The client sought a distinctive cocktail bar with a strong identity. Inspired by the mythological figure of Lilith, the design developed around the idea of creating an atmosphere that gradually unfolds through movement, light, and material rather than explicit symbolism. The limited floor area became an opportunity to intensify spatial perception through curved stainless-steel surfaces, concealed lighting, and a monolithic service core that anchors the interior. Dynamic lighting allows the atmosphere to shift throughout the evening, making the space continuously transform. Since opening, Lilith has become a recognizable destination, attracting visitors through its unique identity and immersive experience.
